How it works

Six steps, one approval. The technical work happens on our side; every decision that matters happens on yours.

The six steps

  1. Step 01

    Create your case

Submit the case information and your treatment instructions. A case number is issued straight away.

  2. Step 02

    Upload scans

Upload the upper and lower intraoral scans and the bite. STL, PLY and OBJ are accepted, along with photos and radiographs.

  3. Step 03

    Planning

Our digital planning team segments the arches, builds the setup and stages the movements to your objectives.

  4. Step 04

    Review

Open the proposed setup in your browser. Rotate it, compare initial and final, step through the stages, read the tables.

  5. Step 05

    Request changes

Comment on the case, a tooth, a stage, an attachment or an IPR contact. Your comments become a new version.

  6. Step 06

    Approve

Approve the version you are satisfied with. Only then are production files prepared.

Revisions are versions

A change request produces a new numbered version. Previous versions are never overwritten, so the history of every decision stays with the case.

Questions doctors ask

Can I request changes?
Yes. Comment on the plan in general, on a specific tooth, a stage, an attachment or an IPR contact, and request changes. Each revision is a new numbered version.
Does the doctor approve the final plan?
Always. The treating clinician retains final clinical control. Only a version the doctor approves moves toward production.
How long does planning take?
It depends on the case type and the review rounds. We confirm an expected turnaround when we accept the case, and the portal shows the current stage at any time.
Can I review the plan online?
Yes. Approved reviewers open the plan in the browser, rotate the model, switch between initial, stages and final, and comment directly on the case.
